Privacy Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
This notice explains how personal data is processed in relation to enquiries and service requests submitted to Ainsideme, related proposals and business discussions, and website form security, together with your rights under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Section 9 explains the scope relating to embedded digital tools. This notice is not a statement of explicit consent.
1. Data Controller
The data controller under the KVKK is Ayşegül Özleyen, operating under the Ainsideme brand.

2. Personal Data Processed
The main website contact form collects your first name, last name, email address and message; providing a telephone number is optional. Company, role, project and business collaboration details you choose to provide, together with correspondence about your request, may also be processed.
The form’s advanced spam filtering and reCAPTCHA process network identifiers, technical information about visitor behaviour, and spam/bot assessment information.
Please do not provide personal data unnecessary for your request, special categories of personal data, or third-party information you are not authorised to share.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Personal data is processed to the extent necessary for the relevant activity, for the following purposes:
• Evaluating and responding to enquiries and consultancy requests.
• Managing proposals, business discussions, projects and services connected with your request.
• Maintaining business communication with you when you act on behalf of an organisation.
• Securing the form and preventing spam and automated abuse.
• Handling data subject requests and fulfilling legal obligations.
• Protecting rights through relevant records in the event of a dispute.
4. Methods of Collection and Legal Grounds
Data is collected electronically through the main website contact form, email and form security technologies, by wholly or partly automated means. If you contact us by telephone or social media, information you provide through those channels may also be used to consider your request.
Responding to general enquiries, communicating with organisation representatives and securing the form rely on processing being necessary for the relevant legitimate interest, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).
Processing directly related to and necessary for a contract to which you are or will be a party relies on the establishment or performance of that contract (Article 5(2)(c)). Fulfilment of legal obligations, including obligations concerning data subject requests, is assessed under Article 5(2)(ç); processing necessary for establishing, exercising or protecting a right is assessed under Article 5(2)(e).
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Wix infrastructure is used to provide the main website and contact form. Form records are held in the Wix submissions table; Wix processes relevant data on behalf of the controller to provide these services. Form notifications are routed to info@ainsideme.com. Google Workspace is used for email communication and Google reCAPTCHA for form security.
Where necessary to fulfil legal obligations or respond to lawful requests, relevant data may be transferred to authorised public institutions and judicial authorities, limited to what is necessary.
Wix and Google use international infrastructure; using these services may involve processing personal data outside Türkiye or transferring it abroad. International transfers are separately subject to the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK. Provider privacy statements do not, by themselves, establish that these conditions have been fulfilled.

6. Retention Period
Data must be retained only for as long as required for the relevant processing purpose. Determining retention periods takes account of the nature and outcome of the request, ongoing proposals or services, legal obligations, and periods necessary to exercise or protect a right. When all grounds requiring processing cease to exist, data must be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable legislation.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject, you have the right to:
• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose
• Know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK
• Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• Object to an outcome against you resulting from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems
• Seek compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
8. How to Submit a Request
For questions about your personal data or how to submit a request, you may contact info@ainsideme.com.
You may submit requests under Article 13 of the KVKK in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Requests to the Data Controller. To apply by ordinary email, you may email info@ainsideme.com from an email address previously notified to the controller and registered in the controller’s system. Your rights to use other application methods recognised by law are reserved.
Your request must explain what you seek and include the information required by the Communiqué. Requests are resolved as soon as possible according to their nature and within 30 days at the latest, normally free of charge. If the procedure entails an additional cost, a fee may be charged only in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. The final response is provided in writing or electronically.

9. Embedded Digital Tools and External Links
The website’s digital tools load from application environments separate from the main website’s Wix infrastructure. Their own contact, account or analysis-saving functions may involve data processing flows different from the main contact form.
The company valuation tool is configured with Formspree integration for its own contact form and Supabase integrations for account and valuation-saving functions. The tax/trade and cash-flow tools also contain separate contact forms. Accordingly, no general assurance is given that all information entered in every tool remains only in your browser or is never transmitted to a service provider.
This section does not replace detailed application-specific information about all processing activities, cookies and retention conditions of the tools. Company and financial information entered into a tool may constitute personal data if it relates to identifiable individuals; do not enter unnecessary personal data or information you are not authorised to share.
