She began her career in Corporate Banking at Kentbank in 1999 and went on to hold senior positions, including Corporate Finance Director, at leading organisations such as HSBC Bank, Gama Holding and Doğanlar Investment Holding/Biotrend Energy. Her 27 years of operational experience encompass billion-dollar portfolio management, strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and successful initial public offerings (IPOs). Since 2019, she has worked as an independent strategist, designing companies’ financial architecture.
After attending Ankara Tevfik Fikret High School, she graduated from Hacettepe University’s English-language Economics programme. She is professionally proficient in English and French. Her expertise spans corporate banking; financial planning, reporting and modelling; cost control and budget management; corporate finance; project, investment and trade finance; cash and credit management; strategic business planning; and contract management.
Combining financial discipline with a creative vision, she holds a Digital Marketing and Social Media qualification approved by the Turkish-German University (DDMM). She is a certified public accountant (SMMM), a CMAS Three-Star Diver and an active underwater photographer. She is a member of İFSAK, ASMMMO and the Ankara Underwater Club.
