AI-Native Finance

Redesign Your Finance Function with AI

We do not replace your CFO. Together, we build an AI-enabled finance function that helps your finance team work faster, stay better connected and make stronger decisions.

Human judgement → AI speed → Human validation

AI-enabled finance transformation for companies with a CFO or Finance Director.

We analyse your existing finance processes, data and systems, then design a company-specific approach to determine which tasks will be supported by AI, which will be automated and which decisions will remain subject to human approval.

How we work

We begin by reviewing your finance team’s decision-making needs and day-to-day workflows together. We examine where data comes from, how calculations are performed and who approves decisions.

Your CFO or Finance Director owns the transformation and remains the decision-maker. We combine financial expertise with data, technology selection and implementation design, agreeing priorities with your team. For engagements that include a pilot, we test selected processes and use the findings to determine the next steps.

From data to decisions

We consider these six components together and design an architecture around your company’s existing setup and the agreed scope:

  • Data sources: Accounting, banking, Excel, ERP, CRM and operational data.

  • Financial definitions: Accounts, metrics, and customer, product and project relationships.

  • Calculation rules: Financial calculations performed using defined rules.

  • Finance capabilities: Repeatable finance tasks translated into practical procedures.

  • AI agents: Analysis, workflows and draft preparation that use these procedures.

  • Human control: Permissions, approval points, visibility of sources and assumptions, and traceable records.

Calculations follow financial rules. AI handles interpretation and workflows. Final judgement remains human.

Illustrative use cases

The following areas are selected according to your company’s data, priorities and needs. The scope of each is defined separately.

  • Cash and liquidity: Cash forecasts, the impact of collection delays, payment schedules and cash-shortfall scenarios.

  • Working capital and collections: Receivables ageing, customer concentration, collection priorities and the cash impact of early-collection options.

  • Financing and debt: An overview of banks and loans, maturity concentrations, effective-cost comparisons of loan offers, and debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) monitoring.

  • Budgeting, forecasting and scenarios: Scenarios based on sales, margin, expense, exchange-rate and investment assumptions; explanations of differences between forecast and actual results.

  • Trade, foreign exchange and export finance: The effects of payment methods, foreign exchange risk and financing options on profitability and cash.

  • Financial close and control: Close checklists, reconciliations and review of unusual transactions.

  • Executive decision support: Management summaries addressing liquidity, financing and investment questions, with their sources, calculations and assumptions.

Engagement deliverables

Depending on the selected package, the engagement focuses on a company-specific transformation plan, a working pilot, the implementation of connected finance workflows or the ongoing development of the established setup. Deliverables are scoped around your company’s needs.

For the processes being implemented, we clarify how your team will use the outputs, which assumptions underpin them and whose approval is required. User training, benefit assessment, and arrangements for handover or ongoing support are addressed within the agreed scope.

Human approval and control

We define permissions and approval boundaries at the outset. We distinguish between analysis, preparation and decision-making:

  • Analysis and alerts: Reviewing data and identifying variances and areas requiring attention.

  • Recommendations and preparation: Comparing scenarios and drafting management summaries, collection messages or financing packages.

  • Human review: Examining sources, calculations and assumptions before deciding on a proposed action.

Analysis, recommendations and draft preparation do not authorise automatic execution. Decisions and approvals relating to payments, accounting entries, loan drawdowns and tax positions remain with authorised people.

Who it is for

Mid-sized and large companies whose finance processes have reached a certain scale and complexity, and which want to use AI to make their existing finance function faster, more connected and more decision-focused.

We focus particularly on companies where:

  • The team led by the CFO or Finance Director faces a heavy operational workload.

  • Reporting and analysis involve extensive manual work.

  • Multiple banks, loans or currencies must be managed alongside critical cash and working capital decisions.

  • There is no dedicated team to manage finance and AI transformation together.

ERP is not required. You may use accounting software, Excel, banking systems, CRM or other operational applications. We design the architecture around your existing data and systems.
